A: We take great care in protecting our product packaging. If any damage occurs during shipping, please take photos and notify us immediately upon receipt. We will assist you in clarifying responsibility with the shipping company and handling the matter accordingly.
A: Our collaboration process is very simple:
- Requirements Negotiation: You provide drawings, samples, or ideas.
- Quotation and Evaluation: We provide a detailed mold and product quote.
- Order Confirmation: Contract signing and mold deposit payment.
- Design and Manufacturing: We conduct mold design and manufacturing (DFM).
- Mold Trial and Sample Confirmation: We provide a T1 sample for your approval.
- Mass Production and Delivery: After sample confirmation, we arrange mass production and shipment.
A: We take our customers' intellectual property rights very seriously. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect your design confidentiality during the initial phase of your collaboration. All customer project data is strictly managed internally.
A: After the project is launched, we will assign a dedicated business or project engineer as your primary contact point to report progress, communicate details, and ensure timely and accurate information transmission.
A: Yes. Before we officially start working on the mold, our engineering team will conduct a Design for Material (DFM) analysis and provide professional recommendations on product structure, draft angle, wall thickness, and weld lines to optimize the design, improve production yield, and reduce costs.
A: Absolutely. We will regularly report on the mold manufacturing progress (e.g., design completion, steel procurement, CNC machining, EDM, etc.) and confirm with you at key milestones so you can stay informed of the latest project developments.
A: Yes. Please provide us with detailed information about your existing mold (such as dimensions and weight) and your product requirements. We will evaluate the suitability of our machine and provide a quote for injection molding.
A: We are very confident in the quality of our molds. Within the mold life (number of molds) specified in the contract, we provide normal production maintenance and upkeep to ensure stable production.

A: For molds that are temporarily out of production, we will perform anti-rust maintenance procedures such as cleaning and oiling, and then move them to a dedicated mold storage area for safekeeping. This ensures that the molds are in optimal condition when you need to restart production.
A: Once you have paid in full, the mold will be yours. You only need to notify us in advance and arrange the transportation, and we will assist you in the mold handover process.
