Pricing & Payment

A: Mold costs are primarily determined by factors such as the complexity of the product, whether a mold structure is required, the difficulty of processing, the processing method, size, number of cavities, and the mold steel used. Product price per unit depends on the plastic material used, product weight, molding cycle, order quantity, and the complexity of secondary processing.

A: Our standard payment terms are as follows:

  • Molding costs: Typically, payments are made in three installments: deposit, mid-term payment, and final payment (e.g., 40%-40%-20%).
  • Mass production costs: Typically, payments are made in full before shipment or according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.

A: Once you have paid the full mold development fee, the mold becomes yours. We will keep it in safekeeping and use it only for your specific orders.

A: Our quotations will detail all costs. Standard quotes typically include material, manufacturing, and overhead costs, excluding taxes. Shipping costs will be quoted separately or by agreement, depending on the location and method of delivery.

A: Yes. We offer tiered pricing. When your single order volume or annual total reaches a certain threshold, the unit price of the product will become more competitive. Please provide your estimated usage and we will provide you with the best price.
