Rigorous inspection procedures and standards
We have established a comprehensive set of inspection standards, incorporating a four-stage quality control system (IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC) to ensure that every batch of products undergoes thorough testing and data-driven recording.
1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Upon arrival, all raw materials undergo strict inspections for material composition, dimensions, and appearance to prevent defective materials from entering the production line.
Supplier Evaluation: We regularly assess our suppliers to ensure they consistently meet our quality requirements.
AQL Sampling Standard: We adopt the international Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL) standard for sampling inspections.
Precision Measurement: We utilize precision instruments such as CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines) and optical projectors to verify dimensional tolerances.
Material Property Analysis: We validate material composition and physical properties through methods like spectral analysis and hardness testing.
2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
We employ Statistical Process Control (SPC) to continuously monitor the stability of each process, complemented by real-time inspection systems to minimize abnormalities.
First Article Inspection (FAI): Before mass production of each batch, the first product is inspected to confirm it meets all standards.
Self-Inspection: Production line operators are required to conduct self-inspections to identify issues promptly.
Patrol Inspection: Quality assurance personnel regularly patrol all workstations to audit process parameters and operational methods.
Anomaly Management: A standard operating procedure (SOP) is in place for the rapid analysis, handling, and correction of any process anomalies.
3. Final Quality Control (FQC)
Finished products are inspected individually or via sampling for appearance, dimensions, and performance to ensure 100% compliance with customer requirements. Functional testing is strictly controlled to guarantee reliability under extreme conditions.
Reliability Testing: We conduct environmental simulation tests, including drop, vibration, high/low temperature, and salt spray tests, to ensure product durability.
Functional Testing: We perform 100% functional testing on key aspects such as electrical characteristics and mechanical performance.
Full Appearance Inspection: Each product is visually inspected according to established cosmetic standards.
4. Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
A final random inspection is conducted before products are shipped to ensure the quality of the outgoing shipment.
Packaging Inspection: We verify that the product packaging, labeling, and quantities are correct.
Customer Specification Confirmation: We double-check that the products meet all specific customer requirements.
Inspection Report Consolidation: All inspection records for the batch are compiled to serve as the basis for shipment approval.
5. Customized Inspection Reports
We provide fully transparent inspection reports, including full inspection results, testing data, and suggestions for improvement, to enhance customer trust.
Customizable Report Formats: We can provide inspection reports in specific formats as requested by the client.
Data Traceability: All inspection data is fully documented and traceable.
