Cooperation & Communication

A: Our collaboration process is very simple:

  • Requirements Negotiation: You provide drawings, samples, or ideas.
  • Quotation and Evaluation: We provide a detailed mold and product quote.
  • Order Confirmation: Contract signing and mold deposit payment.
  • Design and Manufacturing: We conduct mold design and manufacturing (DFM).
  • Mold Trial and Sample Confirmation: We provide a T1 sample for your approval.
  • Mass Production and Delivery: After sample confirmation, we arrange mass production and shipment.

A: We take our customers' intellectual property rights very seriously. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect your design confidentiality during the initial phase of your collaboration. All customer project data is strictly managed internally.

A: After the project is launched, we will assign a dedicated business or project engineer as your primary contact point to report progress, communicate details, and ensure timely and accurate information transmission.

A: Yes. Before we officially start working on the mold, our engineering team will conduct a Design for Material (DFM) analysis and provide professional recommendations on product structure, draft angle, wall thickness, and weld lines to optimize the design, improve production yield, and reduce costs.

A: Absolutely. We will regularly report on the mold manufacturing progress (e.g., design completion, steel procurement, CNC machining, EDM, etc.) and confirm with you at key milestones so you can stay informed of the latest project developments.
