A: The mold development timeline depends on its complexity, size, and precision requirements. Generally, the timeline from design confirmation to first mold trial (T1) is approximately 30 to 60 working days. We will provide a detailed estimate in the initial quote.

A: The lead time for mass production depends primarily on the order quantity, the product's molding cycle, and whether secondary processing is required. Upon receiving your formal order, we will provide a firm production schedule and delivery date.

A: We understand the rapid pace of market changes. If you have an urgent order, we will assess our current production capacity and explore various solutions to accommodate your needs.

A: Yes. To ensure production efficiency, we have a minimum order quantity. MOQ varies depending on product size, material, and unit price. We welcome your drawings or samples and will provide you with detailed information.

A: Any design changes during the development process may affect the original delivery date. We will immediately conduct a feasibility assessment and calculate the additional time and cost required for the change. We will confirm the latest progress and delivery date with you and will only proceed with the change after obtaining your consent.

A: Before a mold reaches the end of its lifespan, we will proactively notify you and assess its condition. We can offer repairs or parts replacement to extend its lifespan, or develop a new mold based on your needs to ensure uninterrupted production.

A: Mold costs are primarily determined by factors such as the complexity of the product, whether a mold structure is required, the difficulty of processing, the processing method, size, number of cavities, and the mold steel used. Product price per unit depends on the plastic material used, product weight, molding cycle, order quantity, and the complexity of secondary processing.

A: Our standard payment terms are as follows:

  • Molding costs: Typically, payments are made in three installments: deposit, mid-term payment, and final payment (e.g., 40%-40%-20%).
  • Mass production costs: Typically, payments are made in full before shipment or according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.

A: Once you have paid the full mold development fee, the mold becomes yours. We will keep it in safekeeping and use it only for your specific orders.

A: Our quotations will detail all costs. Standard quotes typically include material, manufacturing, and overhead costs, excluding taxes. Shipping costs will be quoted separately or by agreement, depending on the location and method of delivery.

A: Yes. We offer tiered pricing. When your single order volume or annual total reaches a certain threshold, the unit price of the product will become more competitive. Please provide your estimated usage and we will provide you with the best price.

A: We usually use clean plastic bags, bubble bags and sturdy cartons for packaging to ensure that the products are not damaged during transportation.

A: Yes. If you have specific packaging requirements, such as customized color boxes, blister packs, separators, or labels, please include them during the quote process and we will include them in our evaluation and quote.

A: We offer a variety of delivery options, including factory pickup and delivery to your designated location in Taiwan through our long-standing freight forwarding partners. For export needs, we can also work with your forwarder to arrange this.

A: If you require short-term storage, we can assist. Please discuss your specific situation with our sales team and we will assess the appropriate options and costs based on the time and space available.
